Whenever a case is referred to another court as provided by section 7 of P.L. 1982, c.77 (C.2A:4A-26) or section 8 of P.L. 1982, c.77 (C.2A:4A-27), that case shall thereafter proceed in the same manner as if the case had been instituted in that court in the first instance.
