Section 2A:24-1.1 - Applicability of N.J.S.2A:24-1 through N.J.S.2A:24-11 to collective bargaining agreements

N.J.S. 2A:24-1 through N.J.S. 2A:24-11 shall only apply to an arbitration or dispute arising from a collective bargaining agreement or a collectively negotiated agreement.
