Section 2A:23D-8 - Disqualification of family collaborative lawyer

A lawyer in a law firm with which the family collaborative lawyer is associated in a partnership, professional corporation, sole proprietorship, limited liability company, or law association is disqualified from appearing before a tribunal to represent a party in a proceeding related to a family collaborative law matter if the family collaborative lawyer is disqualified from doing so in subsection e. of section 7 of P.L. 2014, c. 50(C.2A:23D-7).
