Section 28:2-31 - Lapsing funds

Upon expiration of the New Jersey Railroad and Transportation Museum Commission, in accordance with section 13 of this act, all moneys remaining in the fund established under section 7 of this act shall lapse to the Railroad and Transportation Museum Fund.
