Section 27:23-5.4 - Powers relative to feeder road constructed over new alignment

In any case where a feeder road is constructed over new alignment, the Turnpike Authority is granted the same powers concerning the construction thereof as is granted in connection with the construction of the highway project by the terms of the act to which this act is a supplement. Any feeder road, eighty per centum (80%) or more of which is built over new alignment, shall for the purposes of this act be deemed to be a "new feeder road."
