The New Jersey Turnpike Authority shall include, annually as part of its Capital Project and Investment Plan submitted pursuant to subsection c. of section 1 of P.L. 1970, c.184 (C.27:23-3.2), projects for the repair of malfunctioning authority-owned stormwater basins in the Barnegat Bay watershed based upon the priority order identified in the study prepared pursuant to section 1 of P.L. 2010, c. 114.
