Section 27:1B-21.37 - Regulations

The Department of Transportation shall adopt regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the provisions of P.L. 2019, c. 196(C.27:1B-21.33 et al.).
