In addition to those funds to be credited to the "Transportation Trust Fund Account" pursuant to section 20 of P.L. 1984, c.73 (C.27:1B-20), the State Treasurer shall also credit to the account any and all additional funds which may now or hereafter be dedicated to transportation purposes by the State Constitution.
