Section 26:8-66 - Investigation of violation

The State registrar either personally or by accredited representative, may investigate any case of irregularity or violation of R.S. 26:6-1 et seq., R.S. 26:8-1 et seq., R.S. 37:1-1 et seq., or P.L. 2006, c. 103(C.37:1-28 et al.), and every local registrar shall aid him in such investigation.
