A person or entity found to be in violation of the provisions of P.L. 2015, c. 125(C.55:13B-5.1 et al.), or any rules or regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant thereto with respect to the operation of a dementia care home, shall be subject to a penalty as provided for in section 13 or 14 of P.L. 1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-13 or 26:2H-14).
