Section 19:31-34 - Rules, regulations

The Attorney General may promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L. 2005, c. 145(C.19:31-31 et al.).
