Section 18A:7G-47.3 - SDA district, school facilities project management, cooperative pricing system, agreement, prohibited

Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, an SDA district to which the development authority has delegated management of a school facilities project shall not enter into a cooperative pricing system or agreement for construction services on school facilities projects.
