Section 18A:73-32 - State Librarian, qualifications

The State Librarian shall be a graduate of an accredited university or college and shall, prior to the appointment, have graduated from a school of library service accredited by the American Library Association, and have had at least four years of library experience in a responsible administrative capacity.
