Section 18A:72A-64.1 - JBOC approval required for provision of grant funding

The authority shall not provide grant funding without the review and approval of the Joint Budget Oversight Committee. The Joint Budget Oversight Committee shall approve or disapprove each grant within 10 working days of receipt of the grant information or the grant shall be deemed approved.
