Section 18A:71C-82 - Rules, regulations

The authority, in consultation with the Department of Education, shall adopt pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
