Section 18A:71B-24.4 - Annual appropriation

There shall be annually appropriated to the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority such sums as shall be necessary to administer the provisions of sections 5 and 6 of P.L. 2001, 41 (C.18A:71B-24.2 and 18A:71B-24.3).
