Section 18A:7-13 - Appointment of executive county superintendent of schoolsa. When the office of county superintendent is vacated through the completion of a current term or for any other reason, the Governor, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Education, shall appoint an executive county superintendent of schools pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:7-1.b. When the position of executive county business official is vacated through the completion of a current term or for any other reason, the commissioner shall appoint an executive county business official pursuant to section 53 of P.L. 2007, c. 63(C.18A:7-11).Added by L. 2007, c. 63,s. 55, eff. 4/3/2007.
