Section 18A:65-14.3 - Appropriations to Rutgers University-Newark

State support for the continuing operations of programs operated by Rutgers University-Newark prior to the effective date of P.L. 2012, c. 45(C.18A:64M-1 et al.), including support for fringe benefit costs, shall be appropriated by the Legislature directly to Rutgers University-Newark.
