Section 18A:64O-33 - Rights, obligations of employers, employees unaffected

Nothing in P.L. 2021, c. 282(C.18A:64O-1 et al.) shall be construed to modify or contravene the rights and obligations of employers or employees under the "New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act," P.L. 1941, c.100 (C.34:13A-1 et seq.).
