Section 18A:64M-40 - Construction of act

Nothing in P.L. 2012, c. 45(C.18A:64M-1 et al.) shall be construed to modify or contravene the rights and obligations of employers or employees under the "New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act," P.L. 1941, c.100 (C.34:13A-1 et seq.).
