Section 18A:6-38.1 - Revocation of certificate on commissioner's recommendation; rulesa. If the Commissioner of Education believes, based on information provided by the school district in which the certificate holder was employed, that the conduct of a superintendent, assistant superintendent or school business administrator warrants the revocation of the certificate held, the commissioner shall recommend such revocation to the Board of Examiners.b.
