Section 18A:37-23 - Program required for administrative and supervisory certificationBeginning with the 2012-2013 school year, all candidates for administrative and supervisory certification shall have satisfactorily completed a program on harassment, intimidation, and bullying prevention.
Added by L. 2010, c. 122,s. 20, eff. 1/5/2011 (see note). L. 2010, c. 122,s. 31, states, "This act shall take effect in the first school year following enactment, but the Commissioner of Education may take such anticipatory administrative action in advance thereof as shall be necessary for the implementation of this act."
