Section 18A:36-24 - Missing children; legislative findings and declarationsThe legislature finds and declares:
a. That there is a growing recognition of the prevalence and consequences of child abuse.b. That the removal of children from school constitutes a deprivation in itself and may be an indicator of even more grievous abuses.c.
