Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, in order to be eligible for the standard educational services certificate with a school counselor endorsement, a candidate shall satisfactorily complete programming to improve student career readiness. The programming shall include, but need not be limited to, employability skills, career awareness, and understanding career and technical education.
