Section 18A:18A-4.2 - Five-year contract term limit; exceptions

Unless an exception is provided for under N.J.S. 18A:18A-42 permitting a longer contract duration, contracts awarded pursuant to section 49 of P.L. 1999, c. 440(C.18A:18A-4.5) may be for a term not to exceed five years.
