Section 17B:30-46 - Decisions of department constitute final agency action

Decisions of the department, regarding the fairness formula, the validity of debts, the adequacy of data provided to the department by hospitals for use in the program, and other such matters as shall arise concerning the administration of the program, shall constitute final agency action.
