Section 17B:27F-10 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Violations, penaltiesA pharmacy benefits manager that violates any provision of P.L. 2015, c. 179(C.17B:27F-1 et seq.) shall be subject to:
b. an opportunity to cure the violation within 14 days following the issuance of the notice;c. a hearing before the commissioner within 70 days following the issuance of the notice; andd. if the violation has not been cured pursuant to subsection b. of this section, a penalty of not less than $5,000 or more than $10,000 for each violation.Added by L. 2019, c. 274, s. 7, eff. following the promulgation of regulations by the Department of Banking and Insurance implementing that section.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
