Section 17B:27C-11 - Rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, dissolution

Any rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation or dissolution of a self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangement shall be conducted under the supervision of the State Superior Court in the county in which the self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangement has its principal office.
