Section 17:48E-37.4 - Suspension, revocation of authority to do business

The commissioner may suspend or revoke the authority to do business in this State of any health service corporation that does not comply with the provisions of sections 31 through 35 of P.L. 2014, c. 81(C.17:48E-37.1 through C.17:48E-37.5).
