Section 17:29A-46.7 - Regulations, administrative processes

The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance may promulgate regulations and other administrative processes necessary to effectuate the purposes of this amendatory and supplementary act, including, but not limited to, procedures governing rating system filings to implement this amendatory and supplementary act.
