Section 13:1E-191 - Reward for informationa. Any person who supplies any information which proximately results in the arrest and conviction of any other person for the illegal treatment, transport, storage or disposal of low-level radioactive waste shall be awarded one-half of any penalty collected as a result thereof.b.
