Section 106-L:23 - Statute of LimitationsI. The committee shall not review any complaint or allegation of misconduct that is alleged to have occurred prior to the effective date of this section.II. A valid complaint shall be filed within 2 years after the act or acts of alleged misconduct. When alleged misconduct was not discovered, and could not reasonably have been discovered at the time of the alleged misconduct, the complaint shall be filed within 2 years of the time it was discovered, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence should have been discovered.III. Notwithstanding paragraph II, any grievance alleging misconduct under RSA 106-L:2, V(b)(1) may be filed at any time.Added by 2022 , 312: 10, eff. 1/1/2023.
