N.H. Rev. Stat. § 666:1
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any person guilty of an offense against any provision of the laws relating to elections for which no penalty is specified shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
