N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:26
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
No voter, other than an election officer, whose name has been checked on the list by ballot clerks shall be allowed to reenter the enclosed space within the guardrail during the hours of polling except as provided in RSA659:20.
