N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:96
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
If a question to voters is submitted to the vote of the people on a special and separate ballot as provided in RSA663:2, then those ballots shall be sealed and certified in a separate container as provided in RSA659:95 except as provided in RSA659:97.
