N.H. Rev. Stat. § 659:10
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The supervisors shall be present at the opening of each election at which a checklist is to be used and shall have with them the corrected checklist for that election and shall remain in attendance until the close of the election.
