N.H. Rev. Stat. § 658:20
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If a town or ward clerk is absent from any state election or is unable to perform his duties and there is no deputy clerk as provided in RSA41:18, a town or ward clerk pro tempore shall be appointed by the town clerk.
