N.H. Rev. Stat. § 622:47
Current through Chapter 94 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA329:26 and RSA330-A:32, medical and mental health records concerning current patients shall be exchanged between other state medical and mental health facilities and the unit to facilitate treatment.
