N.H. Rev. Stat. § 621:22

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other statute, whenever the department releases a child and contracts for the child's residential care in a facility which has been approved by the department of health and human services, payment for the care shall be charged in accordance with RSA169-B:40 and RSA621:31.
