N.H. Rev. Stat. § 99-D:4
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any determination by the attorney general or governor and council pursuant to RSA 99-D:2 shall not be admissible as evidence in the trial of any such action or claim.
