Section 564-F:21-2105 - Effect of Registration(a) Subject to RSA 564-F:21-2116, a foreign foundation's registration under RSA 564-F:21-2102 authorizes the foreign foundation to engage in any registrable activity in this state.(b) A registered foreign foundation:(1) Has the same rights and privileges as a domestic foundation; and(2) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the same duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities now or later imposed on a foundation of like character.(c) This chapter does not authorize this state to regulate the organization or internal affairs of a registered foreign foundation.Added by 2017 , 257: 47, eff. 10/1/2017. 2017, 257 : 47 , eff.
