N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-B:4-404
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
A trust may be created only to the extent its purposes are lawful, not contrary to public policy, and possible to achieve. A trust and its terms must be for the benefit of its beneficiaries, as their interests are defined under the terms of the trust.
