N.H. Rev. Stat. § 559:2
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The license may extend to the reversion of the homestead right and of any interest in land whatever; but any other estate than a present fee shall be particularly specified in the application, notice and license.
