N.H. Rev. Stat. § 559:13
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
He shall give bond, with sufficient sureties resident in the state, make oath, and in all other respects be entitled to the same rights and subject to the same liabilities as if appointed in this state.
