Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
In applying and construing this chapter, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act.
