N.H. Rev. Stat. § 550:5
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
In all cases in which notice is required a citation shall be issued, or an order of notice made to the parties interested, to appear at the court at a day and place therein appointed, that they may be heard if they see cause.
