N.H. Rev. Stat. § 541-A:41
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
This chapter shall govern all agency rulemaking procedures, hearings, and appeals, except as specifically exempted by this chapter. Conflicts between this chapter and prior or existing statutes shall be resolved by following the stricter requirements.
