N.H. Rev. Stat. § 540:22
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
If the appellant neglects to enter his appeal or to produce such copies the court, on complaint of the appellee, shall affirm the former judgment, with additional damages and costs.
