N.H. Rev. Stat. § 540:19
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
If the defendant neglects or refuses to recognize, judgment shall be rendered against him in the same manner as if he had refused to make answer to the suit.
