Section 483:7 - Legislative DesignationI.Any nomination approved by the commissioner shall require review and approval by the general court prior to inclusion in the program. Such action shall be filed as a bill in the next legislative session following the nomination.II.Any nomination which is forwarded to the general court for review and approval shall include: (a) A map showing the boundaries of the river or segment;(b) A report which specifies the values and characteristics which qualify the river or segment for designation; and(c) The classifications of the proposed designation pursuant to RSA 483:7-a. 1989, 339:1. 1990, 233:4, eff. June 26, 1990.
